1. כלי עזר בלבד. Judaro הוא כלי עזר טכנולוגי המספק ”שכבת פרקטיקה“ לכלי ה-AI של המשתמש. הוא אינו מהווה ייעוץ משפטי, אינו תחליף לשיקול דעת מקצועי של עורך דין, ואין לראות בו, בתוכנו או בפלט שלו כחוות דעת או המלצה משפטית.
2. אחריות מקצועית על המשתמש. עורך הדין המשתמש נושא באחריות המקצועית המלאה לכל פלט. כל פלט טעון בדיקה, אימות ואימוץ שיקול-דעת עצמאי של עורך דין מורשה טרם כל שימוש או הסתמכות.
3. אין יחסי עו"ד-לקוח. השימוש בשירות אינו יוצר יחסי עורך דין-לקוח בין Judaro לבין המשתמש או לקוחותיו.
4. אזהרת ”⚠ לאמת“ ואפשרות לשגיאות. השירות מתוכנן לתייג מקורות ולסמן פריטים הדורשים אימות בסימון ”⚠ לאמת“. על אף שהשירות שואף לאפס ציטוטים מומצאים, ייתכנו שגיאות, אי-דיוקים, חוסרים או אי-עדכניות. אין להסתמך על מקור, ציטוט או הפניה ללא אימות עצמאי במקור הראשוני.
5. עמידה בכללי לשכת עורכי הדין. השימוש בכלי AI במסגרת העיסוק בעריכת דין כפוף לכללי לשכת עורכי הדין ולכללי האתיקה, לרבות חובות גילוי, סודיות, נאמנות ושמירה על טובת הלקוח. באחריות המשתמש לוודא כי שימושו עומד בכללים אלה, ולבצע כל גילוי נדרש.
6. שלב בטא. התוכן ניסיוני, עשוי להשתנות או להיות מופסק, וללא התחייבות לזמינות או לדיוק.
7. היעדר הסתמכות. Judaro, בעליה ועובדיה אינם אחראים לכל החלטה, פעולה או נזק הנובעים מהסתמכות על השירות או על הפלט. ההסתמכות — באחריות המשתמש בלבד.

1. Assistive tool only. Judaro is a technological assistive tool providing a “practice layer” to the user's AI tool. It does not constitute legal advice, is not a substitute for an attorney's professional judgment, and neither it, its content, nor its Output should be treated as a legal opinion or recommendation.
2. Professional responsibility lies with the user. The using attorney bears full professional responsibility for every Output. Every Output requires review, verification and the exercise of independent judgment by a licensed attorney before any use or reliance.
3. No attorney-client relationship. Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between Judaro and the user or the user's clients.
4. “⚠ verify” warning and possibility of errors. The Service is designed to tag sources and mark items requiring verification with a “⚠ verify” flag. Although the Service strives for zero invented citations, errors, inaccuracies, omissions or out-of-date material may occur. Do not rely on any source, citation or reference without independent verification against the primary source.
5. Compliance with Bar Association rules. Using AI tools in legal practice is subject to the Israel Bar Association rules and ethics rules, including duties of disclosure, confidentiality, loyalty and the client's best interest. The user is responsible for ensuring such compliance and making any required disclosure.
6. Beta stage. The content is experimental, may change or be discontinued, with no commitment as to availability or accuracy.
7. No reliance. Judaro, its owners and employees are not responsible for any decision, action or damage resulting from reliance on the Service or Output. Reliance is at the user's sole responsibility.
