For every kind of matter, in every practice area: what to ask first, what to check before drafting, by which section and which deadline, and what the next step is. Written for an AI agent as work instructions, inside the Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini the firm already has.

Why a good agent still misses things
An agent working on a case needs two kinds of knowledge. The case itself, the documents, the facts and the client, it gets from the lawyer. How a case like this is run, it does not know.
A language model drafts well. It does not know that the question of jurisdiction comes before drafting, that a citation without a section is not a source, and that an unverified deadline is an exposure. That knowledge is written into no model. It lives in practice, in the order in which a lawyer approaches a case.
Judaro supplies the second kind. The first it never touches.
What the agent gets, in every practice area
Four things, always in the same order. This is what the words “working order” mean here.
01What to ask first
The opening questions the practice area requires, before answering. In a real estate transaction: who the seller is, how the property reached them, and when. The agent asks them itself, instead of waiting for someone to remember.
02What to check before drafting
The threshold checks and their order. Jurisdiction, limitation, cause of action, dismissal in limine, before the drafting and not inside it. An agent does not work this order out on its own. Here it gets it in writing.
03By which section and which deadline
The provisions of law and the deadlines are written in, with the section and regulation number and the counting rules. Sixty days to appeal under regulation 137(a), and from when they run. The agent relies on what is written, not on what remains from its training.
04What the next step is
After the deliverable: what is sent, what goes in the diary, and what is checked next time. The agent knows where the case stands, and does not stop at the answer.
And over all four, marking. Every deliverable comes out with what was checked, against what, and what remains open. That is how the agent's work is checked, not just read. The lawyer's signature.
The same request, twice
“Draft a statement of defence.” Without Judaro, and with.
Same model, same request, same case. The difference is not in the quality of the drafting. It is in what was checked before the drafting began.
What a general agent tends to return
A fluent document. Complete to look at.
- Denies every allegation in the statement of claim in one sweeping paragraph.
- Preliminary arguments scattered through the text, following the logic of the story.
- Did not ask which court, and did not check jurisdiction.
- “The deadline for filing an appeal is 45 days.”
- Not one reference to a regulation. No way to know what was checked.
The same agent, with Judaro
Questions first. Then a document, marked.
- First question: in which court was the claim filed, and what is the source of its jurisdiction.
- Limitation, jurisdiction, cause of action and dismissal in limine at the opening of the statement of defence.
- A comparison matrix: against every allegation in the statement of claim, the defendant's version.
- “Sixty days for an appeal and for leave to appeal, regulation 137(a), from service of the decision.”
- Checked: Civil Procedure Regulations 2018, the sections on the statement of defence. Open: the actual date of service, to be verified against the file.
Across the whole case
Every case passes the same six stations. Judaro writes them for every practice area.
A will is not read like a lease, but both travel the same route. That is why Judaro accompanies the case from opening to closing, and not a single task.
Intake
The practice area's opening questions, before the work begins.
Threshold checks
What must be checked before drafting, and in what order.
Drafting
The document structure the practice uses, not the one that sounds good.
Deadlines
Every deadline with its source and its counting rules, onto one calendar.
Verification
What was checked against what, and what remains open, written on the deliverable.
Next step
What happens after the deliverable, and what goes in the diary.
Sample case · Due diligence
What it looks like in one case
Buying a stake in a real estate company that holds urban renewal projects. One request in Claude, three practice areas. The video runs in Hebrew.
The practice loads itself
Checklists from three practice areas, with no access to the file.
Questions before checks
Deal structure and project status come first.
A workbook that runs the review
Severity and status for every item, until closing.
The lawyer buys. The agent reads.
The lawyer
Learns no new interface and reads no instructions. Asks for a task as usual, in the tool they already work in, and gets a deliverable that says what was checked and what was not. The decision, and the signature, are theirs.
The agent
The work instructions are written for it: preconditions, stages, checks and deliverable, for every kind of task in every practice area. It turns to Judaro on its own when the task calls for it, and loads only what the practice area requires.
This is why Judaro is hard to explain in one screen: it has no screen. What you see is an agent that works like someone who knows the practice.
What the firm already has, and what Judaro adds
| The case-law database | Knows what was decided. |
| The language model | Knows how to draft. |
| The firm's own skill or profile | Knows how we work. |
| Judaro | Knows how a case like this is done in Israeli practice. |
Four layers, one on top of the other. None replaces another, and Judaro sells neither a model nor a database.
Dozens of practice areas. Hundreds of playbooks. One professional language.

The same work instructions in Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. No new interface. The videos run in Hebrew.
How to connect
- Connect once. In Claude it is a connector, in ChatGPT and Gemini a custom app. One address for all of them.
- Sign in with the registered email. The email determines which practice areas are open.
- Work as usual. The agent turns to Judaro on its own when the task calls for it, and loads only what the practice area requires.
A screen-by-screen guide for each tool in the connect guides. An active subscription to the tool itself is required.
