I added the connector, but Judaro does not answer in the chat.
In the chat itself, open the connectors list and tick Judaro. New chats will have it ticked already.
Claude shows "Couldn’t reach the MCP server".
Usually a momentary hiccup or an inexact address. Make sure the address is exactly https://mcp.judaro.com/mcp, no spaces, and try again.
"Authorization with the MCP server failed", or it worked and then stopped.
The sign-in token expired. Under Customize then Connectors click Disconnect next to Judaro, then Connect and sign in again. This solves most cases.
A free account blocks adding it.
Free accounts are limited to one custom connector. If one exists already, remove it or upgrade.
Got an error with an id starting with ofid_?
Copy the id and include it when you contact us. It lets Anthropic trace the exact failure.
ChatGPT and Codex
No Plugins entry in the sidebar, or no Add button.
Open chatgpt.com/plugins directly; the Add button is next to Search. Since October 2026 Developer mode is no longer needed. If the menu shows only Create plugin and Upload plugin archive, your account has not received the update yet: turn on Developer mode through Plugins with the settings and refresh. On an organization account the admin may need to allow it first.

Create plugin is the wrong option. In the Add menu choose Add custom MCP server. If it is not there, your account has not received the ChatGPT update yet: turn on Developer mode through this link, refresh and try again. If a Plugin Creator was created under Installed, you can remove it.
The plugin is installed, but ChatGPT does not use it.
Open a new chat, plugins do not load into running ones. If still not, click the plus next to the composer and pick Judaro for the chat.
It worked for a moment, then became unavailable.
A known flakiness on OpenAI’s side. Disconnect and reconnect on the Plugins screen, and if it repeats try another browser or an incognito window.
What to pick under Authentication?
OAuth. Judaro requires sign-in, so No Auth will not work.

I do not have Custom apps for Spark.
It needs a personal Google Account with a Google AI subscription, not an organizational one, and Keep Activity turned on. Google is also rolling it out gradually, try again in a few days.

Type @ in the chat and pick Judaro, and make sure its toggle is on in the Connected Apps screen.
